La Cascina

Built in the old 1650 year, when there was the old bakery of the village and later the cobbler.

Today an independent unit of 120 square meters. totally renovated maintains and respects the origins.

It has a private garden of 700 square meters. with centuries-old olive trees and a wooden porch equipped with table and chairs for outside eating.

The ground floor is composed by a living room with sofa, work area, large bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

At the upper floor you can find 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom

It also offers private indoor parking and swimming pool of Borgo Badia.

Air conditioning included, available in each apartment.

Prices include weekly supply of bed and bathroom linen, cold and hot eater, light and gas.
The use of heating during the winter period has to be paid separately.

Arrivals and Departures

At your arrival the opening of the accommodations is forecast for the 15:30, on the day of your departure the same apartments must be left before 10:30.

Heating

It is autonomous, on your arrival the number indicated by the apposite counter placed in the general switch will be taken, in the same way as it will be taken at the moment of your departure.

The Linen

In case you are staying more than a week, it will be changed on Saturday morning, it is always possible to ask for an extra change, in this case it will be an extra charge.

The Cleaning

It is possible to ask that our staff have the accommodation cleaned in some other days, with extra cost.

At your arrival we’ll handle every request or need. The arrival time is scheduled between 15.30 and 20.00, while the accommodation has to be left within 10.30 o’ clock a.m., unless there are particular needs.
